All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel order(s) at our discretion

Store Inks is not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

We reserve the right to:

Store Inks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or diverted shipping information.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies on opened printers.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• With all accessories included

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Certain items (including special-order, clearance, or opened electronics) may not be eligible for return.

All products sold by Store Inks include the original OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty as provided by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.

Store Inks does not administer, extend, or modify OEM warranty coverage. OEM warranty claims, support, and repairs must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

OEM warranty coverage may vary by product, region, and manufacturer registration requirements.

Some printers sold on this site may be classified as enterprise, commercial, or professional equipment. These products:

• May have region-specific OEM warranty terms
• May require OEM registration for warranty activation
• OEM support eligibility may differ from consumer products

Customers are responsible for verifying OEM warranty terms and compatibility with the manufacturer before purchase.
